Before you write about an order

Put the order number in the subject line. It is in your confirmation email.

What we can help with

• Where an order is, or a spelling to check before it is embroidered.
• A stocking that arrived damaged or with the wrong name. Send a photograph and we will replace it.
• Whether a long name fits, or which lettering suits it. The any name page shows it on the stocking as you type.
