Where we ship

The United States only, including every state. We cannot send a stocking outside the United States.

What it costs

$4.99 flat per order, however many stockings you buy. It is added once at checkout, and you see it before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. Once a parcel is with the carrier it is typically 2 to 5 business days in transit, so allow 5 to 12 business days from ordering to arrival. Those are estimates. We control when an order is dispatched, and not what happens to it afterwards.

Buying for a date

Order with room to spare. December is the carriers' busiest month, the range above is what we expect rather than a promise we can keep on your behalf, and we cannot offer a faster option. Each product page shows the dates an order placed today should arrive.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides a tracking number, we pass it on to you.

If something goes wrong in transit

Tell us and send a photograph. A stocking damaged in transit is replaced without being posted back first. The returns page has the detail.
